AI as a partner. You bring the intent.
You already use a chatbot, and you sense AI could do far more in your work. We work together on your real workflows and decisions - amplifying not just your speed, but the clarity with which you think, and building a way of collaborating with AI that stays your own.
Four ways I work with people and teams who want to amplify their work with AI
We look together at your team's workflows, identify the bottlenecks, and build a concrete AI-adoption roadmap - calibrated to your context and goals, not to generic trends. I also work with leadership on the broader decisions behind adoption: what to integrate, what to leave aside, which risks deserve attention, and how to keep the human-AI partnership authentic throughout. We go from strategy all the way to technical detail: the modern interfaces of AI models, the extensions and tools that expand their capabilities, and how to compose them for your concrete cases. I bring the questions, the structure and the expertise; you bring deep knowledge of your own business.
We don't build systems that run autonomously, without human supervision. Where the human drops out of the dialogue, AI's results drift over time away from the original intent - that's a separate practice, done by other people. Here we work on amplification with a human in the loop, not on blind automation.
For professionals and people in decision-making roles who want to amplify their work with AI and are looking for a thinking partner, not just a course. We work on your real cases, at your own pace - covering both thinking-with-AI and the technical side (the modern model interfaces, the extensions and tools that expand their capabilities), with a focus on what matters in your day-to-day work.
The ability to build a clear intent together with AI, to recognize when its answer starts drifting from what you actually want, and to keep the dialogue open so the final result stays truly your own.

Listen to the episode on IT School Podcast →For confidentiality reasons I can't display direct quotes - the feedback comes from course participants, advisory clients, and the companies I collaborate with, and each context has its own sensitivities. What comes up consistently: solid technical know-how, clear, coherent explanations, and a high-quality interaction with practical, tailored support. People appreciate how complex concepts become accessible and can be applied immediately in their daily work.
I've been working with artificial intelligence since 2019, from GPT-2 to the latest models. I started with Andrew Ng's Machine Learning and Deep Learning courses on Coursera, then immediately applied what I learned: I automated customer replies using a fine-tuned GPT-2 while working in technical support for WordPress plugins.
In 2020 I became a data scientist at an online pharma retailer, and since 2022 I've worked at Morningstar Sustainalytics, where I integrate AI into my team's workflows and build conversational systems alongside them. In parallel, I discovered how much I enjoy explaining complex concepts in an accessible way - I started with internal workshops for colleagues, then expanded into advisory for companies and one-on-one coaching for professionals outside the organization.
I believe in AI as a partner in thinking and acting, not as a tool. I work with people and companies to build an authentic collaboration between human and artificial intelligence - a partnership where both sides complement and amplify each other.
In 2025 I began teaching the Artificial Intelligence course at IT School, and from 2026 the Spec Driven Development course as well - two complementary tracks through which I help professionals from every field understand AI and build with it, from integrating it into daily work to building applications of their own.
Beyond my current work, I'm interested in AI at the level of the bigger questions too: what AI literacy means for people who make important decisions, how we stay present, alongside AI, as it extends our capacities, and how we think rigorously about AI in contexts that go beyond a single team. These are themes I explore gradually, in parallel with the day-to-day work.
I work on both the hard skills and the soft skills of AI, but the real value lies in the soft skills - the ability to think and act together with AI, to build a shared and clear intent, and to understand how AI's actions align with context. The hard skills (advanced prompting, understanding the models, concrete techniques) are the vehicle through which we practice human-AI collaboration.
I also teach two courses at IT School. They're delivered in Romanian - included here for context, not as a sign-up.
A course for anyone who wants to understand and use AI in their professional practice - whether you come from marketing, design, IT, management or entrepreneurship. No technical experience required.
What it covers: the mechanisms behind AI models, building clear and effective requests (advanced prompting), and using AI as a tool shaped to your real needs - not just as a simple chatbot. 100% no-code.
See the course (RO) →An intensive 50-hour course for those who want to go from idea to a working application without being programmers. Spec driven development means using AI as a development partner: you bring the intent and the decisions, AI writes and iterates the code with you.
What it covers: setting up a full working environment (VS Code, Git, Claude Code), mastering prompting for code and documentation-as-spec, then building real projects - your own website, a multi-agent simulator, and a personal project you take all the way to deployment.
See the course (RO) →Notes and essays on how we think with AI - from day-to-day work to the bigger questions: AI literacy, authentic human-AI partnership, deliberation.
I'm open to collaborations, projects and conversations - advisory for companies, one-on-one coaching, team training, or speaking
